- Almasty Shiremoor, Tyne & Wear est. 2014 Juicy Malt IPA 6.0% Juicy malt base balanced with old school hops Columbus, Simcoe, and Bravo in the boil, then given double dry hop additions of next generation hops Mosaic and Ekuanot. Collaboration with Odyssey. Dispense: cask
- New England Pale 4.5% Hazy golden ale with a big head. Aroma is full on tropical fruits. Flavour is a nice tropical with just a hint of bitterness. Dispense: cask
- Anspach & Hobday London est. 2013 The Smoked Brown 6.0% A lightly smoked brown ale, fruity, malty and smooth. Dispense: cask
- Arbor Ales Lawrence Hill, Bristol est. 2007 Simcoe 4.0% Single hop pale ale. Gluten free. Dispense: cask
- Ashover Ashover, Derbys est. 2007 Raspberry Stout 8.5% A full-bodied Imperial stout brewed with fresh raspberries and lactose. Sweet fruit and bitter coffee notes come through. Dispense: cask
- Bad Seed Brewery Malton, N Yorks est. 2013 Glass Case of Emotion 8.3% An imperial stout with almond, cherries and sweet spices. Dark, rich and decadent – dessert in liquid form. Collaboration with Wild Weather Ales. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Bexar County Peterborough, Cambs est. 2012 Divider 5.6% A pale session beer. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Texas Pecan Coffee Mild 3.6% A brown non-traditional mild. Pecan coffee imported from Texas is added to complement the mild flavors. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Vegan Vampire Juice 4.8% Spicy Hefeweisen blended with raspberry. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Calverley's Cambridge, Cambs est. 2014 Mosaic 4.9% Fruity single hop pale ale featuring Mosaic hop, citrus, grapefruit and tangerine tastes. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Porter 5.1% Porter with a high final gravity, giving it a malty sweetness with bold coffee and chocolate tones coming from the various malts used. Unfined; suitable for vegans. Dispense: cask
- Cheshire Brewhouse Congleton, Cheshire est. 2012 Govinda Chevallier 6.5% A highly hopped pale ale brewed with heritage Chevallier barley and East Kent Golding hops, to yield a complex mix of flavours including citrus, a high bitterness, and lots of peach and apricot jam. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Govinda Organic Plumage Archer 6.7% A highly hopped pale ale brewed with heritage Plumage Archer barley and Ernest, Early Keyworth and Jester hops, to give tropical fruit aromas, citrus, a high bitterness and lots of peaches and pears with peppery spice. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Crafty Beers Stetchworth, Cambs est. 2012 Incognito 4.0% Dark amber best bitter, augmented by moderate dry-hopping to give a refreshing finish. Dispense: cask
- Sauvignon Blonde 4.4% Aromatic golden ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, which create characteristics reminiscent of the Kiwis' most famous wine. Dispense: cask
- Elgood's Wisbech, Cambs est. 1795 Black Dog 3.6% Dryish, complex dark mild. Caramel binds a good cross-section of malt, roast and dark berry fruit flavours and there is a hint of sweetness. Dispense: cask
- Straw Beer 4.0% A light golden ale, well hopped with a full flavour and refreshing finish. Dispense: cask
- Winter Warmer 7.5% Chestnut coloured, very strong beer with good maltiness and a hoppy aroma. Dispense: cask
- Gipsy Hill London est. 2014 Anorak 4.4% A classic mild with a fruity twist. A huge malt bill to build out the biscuity base, along with British hops for a stone fruit bittering. The plum addition rounds the two together for a sweet and tart finish. Dispense: cask
- Lemondrop & Denali 4.5% The first of aseries of pale cask beers featuring the aforementioned hops. Dispense: cask
- Hopshackle Market Deeping, Lincs est. 2006 Extra Special Bitter 4.8% A dark amber coloured bitter with an aroma full of malt and hop with a hint of liquorice in the background from the addition of black treacle. The taste is initially malt developing into fruit, caramel, treacle and a bitter finish. Dispense: cask
- Fire Belly 5.2% Amber in colour, this is a Double Imperial IPA loaded with hop oils and resins with a malty background. Dispense: cask
- Spiced Ale 5.2% A brown beer made with the addition of orange and lemon peel, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. A very rich and complex warming winter beer with a well balanced finish. Dispense: cask
- Hornes Bow Brickhill, Bucks est. 2015 A Dickens of an Ale 4.2% A seasonably darker best bitter brewed with UK hops and infused in the boil with spiced rum-soaked raisins, sultanas, cinnamon and star anise to give this ale a delicate festive twist. Dispense: cask
- Black Antler Smoked Porter 4.8% A dark, rich complex body with a smooth smokiness and delicate hop additions. Six malts including the famous Bamberg Beech wood smoked malt and two U.S. hop varieties make this smoked porter the perfect seasonal beer to enjoy by the fireside. Dispense: cask
- Ryestone Ruby Red Ale 4.0% A deep ruby red rye ale, brewed with 6 malts including crushed rye and blended with 3 of the big American hops, Chinook, Mosaic and Citra. This ale delivers a fantastic mix of spicy rye, malt and fruity hoppiness. Dispense: cask
- Lacons Great Yarmouth, Norfolk est. 2013 Broken Promise 3.6% Brewed with Styrian Eagle hops from Slovenia – a pleasing fresh and moreish copper best bitter. Soft fruit and berries lace the glass. Well balanced with charming malty undertones and a long dry finish. Dispense: cask
- Old Nogg 6.0% A warming mild-bodied ale best enjoyed whilst there is a chill in the air. With a slightly nutty flavour, this ale is aged for over 3 months for perfect rich taste. Dispense: cask
- Patriot 4.0% Packed with a bucket load of whole cone Mosaic and Cascade hops, this full bodied session ale carries dominant tropical fruit/berries in its aroma, followed by tart citrus on the palate. Pleasing nutty flavours are finished with a dusting of bitterness. Dispense: cask
- Leighton Buzzard Leighton Buzzard, Beds est. 2014 Black Buzzard 5.8% A crazy marriage of six different malts delivers a wonderful, complex, robust porter with hints of coffee and chocolate. Dispense: cask
- Rebel Yell 5.0% A black IPA offering that fantastic juxtaposition between the initial smooth richness of the malt quickly followed by the sharp dry hops. Brewed using five different malts and four different hops. Dispense: cask
- Smokin' Angel 5.0% Using generous quantities of German Rauchmaltz smoked over beech wood in the Bamberg area of Germany this dark porter style beer offer a complex malty beer with a wonderful smoky aroma and taste. Dispense: cask
- Lord Conrad's Dry Drayton, Cambs est. 2010 Big Bad Wolf 4.0% Pale golden ale with tropical fruit aroma and a citrusy bitter finish. Dispense: cask
- Fools Gold 4.0% White gold pale, dry hopped with fruity American El Dorado hops, with a resiny, earthy character. Dispense: cask
- Zulu Dawn 3.5% Dark with red highlights. Citrus bitterness on a malty base. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Mile Tree Wisbech, Cambs est. 2012 Old Oak Ale 4.9% Black ale matured on malt whisky oak. Dispense: cask
- Winter Ale 6.0% Juicy red fruit flavours with a touch of spice. Dispense: cask
- Milton Waterbeach, Cambs est. 1999 Dionysus 3.6% Straw coloured bitter, powerfully hoppy, with a fine citrus finish. Dispense: cask
- Gemini 5.1% Tawny IPA with approachable hop profile and a hint of caramel. Dispense: cask
- Mammon 7.0% Hugely flavoursome, rich and warming – this dark and mysterious brew is the ideal beer for a chill winter evening. Dispense: cask
- Marcus Aurelius 7.5% Imperial Roman Stout – an enormous, luscious and velvety stout. Bursting with dark, roasty flavour with an underlying vanilla richness. Dispense: cask
- Nero 5.0% A satisfying, full-flavoured black brew with a good balance of malt, roast and fruit. Bittersweet flavours carry through to a dry finish. Dispense: cask
- Moonshine Fulbourn, Cambs est. 2004 Blackberry Saison 7.4% Full-bodied and crisp saison with berry character and citrus notes. Dispense: cask
- Cascadian Light 8.4% A rich amber-coloured barley wine whose malty flavour develops into a pleasing hoppy finish courtesy of the late addition of Cascade hops into the kettle. Dispense: cask
- Hot Numbers Coffee Stout 5.5% Made with the cooperation of Hot Numbers Coffee of Cambridge. Dark roasted malts balance the coffee and hop flavours, lactose adds sweetness to the body. Dispense: cask
- More Equal 7.4% Warming and complex. A deep amber ale with plenty of fruit. Dispense: cask
- Regenerator 4.4% Special one-off brew by Moonshine Brewery in association with Cambridge Stem Cell Institute to highlight the impact of recent advances in stem cell research on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. - Trumpington Tipple 3.6% Deep amber coloured beer, with a fragrant hoppy aroma and taste. Dispense: cask
- Moor Bristol est. 1996 Amoor 4.5% Rich aroma is from the healthy dose of Chocolate malt, blended with Pale, Crystal and Wheat malts. Bramling Cross hops add fruitiness and earthiness to the beer, which is fermented with an English yeast. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Hoppiness 6.5% Rich caramel malts with a burst of tropically fresh and fruity hops. Dispense: cask
- PumpHouse Toppesfield, Essex est. 2015 Golden Duck IPA 3.7% New IPA, light in colour, full flavoured with a fresh hoppiness. Dispense: cask
- Pale Oktober 3.8% Pale golden ale brewed from English pale malts and Munich malt to give a light and crisp base, with citrus and tropical fruit notes coming from U.S Chinook and Cascade hops. Dispense: cask
- Redemption Tottenham, London est. 2010 Victorian Mild 6.0% Sweet caramel & chocolate base, hopped with Amarillo for a smooth finish. Collaboration with Kernel. Dispense: cask
- Rocket Ales Great Staughton, Cambs est. 2016 Bloodhound Bitter 4.2% Amber ale with a smooth, distinctive malty base and rich balance of hop flavours to bring out a hint of caramel in the aftertaste. Dispense: cask
- Vostok Stout 4.6% Made from a base of Maris Otter roasted barley, with oats to lend a creamy texture and 5 more different roasted malts adding darker flavours, and Admiral hops for bitterness. Dispense: cask
- Son of Sid Little Gransden, Cambs est. 2007 Muck Cart Mild 3.5% Smooth dark mild with a long liquorice finish. Roast and fruit aroma, with chocolate and coffee taste, and lingering roast finish. Dispense: cask
- SID 4.0% A traditional copper coloured bitter, slightly malty with a balanced bitterness. A beer Sid would have been proud of. Dispense: cask
- VIPA 6.7% Strong golden ale brewed for the landlord at the Red Lion, Histon. Dispense: cask
- Summer Wine Honley, W Yorks est. 2006 Teleporter 5.0% A rich dark porter brewed with 10 different malts. Smooth fruity notes lead into a malt body where cocoa, caramel and vanilla melt into a moreish finish. Dispense: cask
- Wingman 4.6% Cask special full of crystal toffee goodness and English hops. Dispense: cask
- Three Blind Mice Little Downham, Cambs est. 2014 Defiled Mild 3.8% Chocolate & orange milk mild. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Happy Face 4.1% Coconut & vanilla cream ale. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Juice Rocket 4.5% The latest version of our session I.P.A. Hopped with Columbus, Mosaic and Citra. Unfined. Dispense: cask
- Milk Worm 5.3% Chocolate and vanilla milk porter. Silky smooth and sweet. Made with organic cocoa and vanilla pods. Dispense: cask
- Turpin's Cambridge, Cambs est. 2015 Cambridge Black 4.6% A smooth, full-bodied stout with rich coffee and dark chocolate notes, and subtle hints of fruit, smoke and spice. Dispense: cask
- Red Nose 3.9% This winter ale is copper colour, has malty, fruity and slightly sweet flavours, hoppy and a bit of a spicy finish. Dispense: cask
- True Blue 3.9% Through and Through. Very easy drinking beer, amber colour, brewed with Bramling Cross Hops which creates a blackcurrant, lemony, flavour with woody and earthy aroma. Dispense: cask
- Weird Beard London est. 2013 Duke of Dank 6.3% Red IPA with biscuit and orange caramel malt profile and US hops for piney bitterness. Dispense: cask
- God of the Cold White Silence 5.5% A pale beer with stoutish character, with huge amounts of lactose and loads of oats, dosed heavily with cocoa nibs, tonka beans and vanilla. Thick custard, sweet condensed milk and a dash of nutmeg are some of the flavours this beer exudes. Collaboration with Steel City. Dispense: cask
- I Scream For You Bruce 5.7% With more oats and lactose than is sensible to brew with, this beer delivers a super sweet, viscous body and silky finish. Add to that cocoa nibs, a good dosing of vanilla, milky Perle and fruity Aurora hops, it's delectably dessert-like. Collaboration with London Amateur Brewers. Dispense: cask
- Wild Weather Silchester, Hants est. 2012 Obsidian Blueberry Imperial Stout 8.0% Deep, dark and complex. Chocolate, caramel and roasted grains play off the fruit to reveal a dessert-like character that will lick your face and take you for a walk. Dispense: cask
- Shellfish Basterd 6.3% This cockle and seaweed oatmeal stout delivers a rich, creamy mouthfeel, a satisfying savory quality and a touch of sea salt. Collaboration with Bexar County. Dispense: cask
- Skadoosh 11.0% A DIPA where strawberry, peach and elderflower compete on a smooth creamy biscuit base followed by a colossal behemoth of citrus hops bringing grapefruits, limes and mangoes to the party. Dispense: cask
- Xtreme Ales Whittlesey, Cambs est. 2013 Milk Stout 4.5% Black stout with a creamy body, roasted malt aroma, and chocolate and toffee flavours. Dispense: cask
- Plum Mild 4.5% Loaded with plums sourced from a neighbour's garden. Dispense: cask
- Smoked Stout 6.0% Brewed using a German smoked malt and hops. Dispense: cask
