This list is a hopefully accurate record of the beers that were served at the festival.
- Animal Brewing Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire est. 2013 Bleet 4.6% Limited edition pale ale with Australian hops.
- Moo 4.6% A limited edition milk stout.
- Bartrams Rougham, Suffolk est. 1999 Captain Bill Bartrams Cherry Stout 4.8% The sensuous hints of chocolate leads to a subtle hint of cherries in this multi award winning stout.
- Comrade Santa Bartram's Egalitarian Anti-Imperialist Soviet (HO HO HO) Stout 8.6% A stronger version of the regular Comrade Bill Bartrams stout. Rich, malty, and a bit sweet, with roasted caramel and chocolate flavours.
- Darkside 5.0% Dark chocolate with roasted flavours.
- Harvest Old 10.0% A full-bodied black beer with sweet, malty and fruity tastes and a dry spicy finish.
- Mother in Laws Tongue Tied 10.0% Complex and full bodied, vinous and smooth.
- New Year Daze 5.2% What better way to see the old year out than with a pint of this deep reddish bitter.
- Xmas Holly Daze 5.0% To welcome the old boy in the red suit we have this light powerful ale.
- Bexar County Peterborough, Cambs est. 2012 Big Black Rum Raisin 6.0% Pitch black with rich fruity and roasted notes.
- Kaas 6.7% Burnished gold in colour. An aroma dominated by hops gives way to sweet banana on the tongue.
- San Jacinto 6.9% A true American styled IPA. The six hop additions lead to a well rounded IPA. At 69 IBUs, one might not think that this is overly hoppy, but with almost half of the hops being added at the knockout stage (and therefore not giving any ratable bitterness) the hops are there and in force! This IPA is big and delicious … one not to be missed!
- BlackBar Harston, Cambs est. 2011 Bert's Lager 5.5% A traditional style lager which is brewed with lager malt, hops and yeast. Conditioned in Cask.
- Bitter 3.6% Malty tawny brown bitter with a noble hop finish.
- Blacklight 4.0% A blonde beer for the spring, rich evening sun gold in colour with Cascade hops on the nose, Progress on the bitterness and a touch of Pioneer in the middle. A great transatlantic hop mix for the spring.
- IPA Noire 5.0% A big hoppy, bitter black Indian Pale Ale. Brewed with only British Admiral, Beta and Pioneer hops.
- Marzen 6.5% A beer that is traditionally brewed in March and released for the Oktoberfest at the end of September.
- Porteur 4.0% This porter was brewed for the Maypole pub for their beer festival which runs along side the Cambridge Beer Festival every year. A malty session porter.
- Cambridge Brew House Cambridge, Cambs est. 2013 St. Benedict Ale 6.0%
- Dark Star Partridge Green, West Sussex est. 1994 Hophead 3.8% An extremely clean-drinking pale golden ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the Cascade hops.
- Revelation 5.7% Amber in colour. Bitter hoppy citrus fruits throughout, balanced by sweet malts.
- Elland Elland, W. Yorks est. 2002 1872 Porter 6.5% Creamy, full-flavoured porter. Rich liquorice flavours with a hint of chocolate from the roast malt. A soft but satisfying aftertaste of bittersweet roast and malt.
- Fellows Cottenham, Cambs est. 2009 Chapeau D'Espagne 4.0% Deep garnet. New world hops are forward on the nose. Malt gives way to bitterness in the flavour, capped off by a hoppy finish.
- Double Stout 7.4% Rich black stout. Smooth chocolate leads to a bitterness in the finish. Well balanced.
- IPA 7.2% Amber in colour. Floral with big hop character, with enough sweetness to balance the bitterness.
- Shy'Ann 4.5% A golden bitter ale bursting with floral and fruity citrus aromas and flavours. Dry hopped with Cascade and Chinook.
- Voltaire 4.5% An American red style ale with 6 different US hops. Dry hopped for extra bite.
- Hopshackle Market Deeping, Lincs est. 2006 Black Ice 5.2% A dark beer spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice.
- Double Momentum 7.0% Based on the recipe for the very popular Momentum IPA but with twice the amount of hops added. It is a golden beer with an aroma of vinous fruit with a hoppy edge. It has a coarse white head and an intense taste of malt, fruit and alcohol with a bitter finish. This beer is conditioned for at least one month before release to allow the complex flavours to develop.
- Vespa 3.8% Polished pale straw. Delicate floral elderflower aroma. Citrus notes in the flavour with a clean refreshing finish.
- Kelham Island Sheffield, S. Yorks est. 1990 Easy Rider 4.3% A pale, straw-coloured beer with a sweetish flavour and delicate hints of citrus fruits. A beer with hints of flavour rather than full-bodied.
- Pale Rider 5.2% A pale ale brewed with the finest British Maris Otter malt and a blend of the best hops the USA has to offer. A delightful moreish beer where a berry fruit and citrus aroma mingles with juicy malt tones. Delicate and sweet on a palate complementing the resounding concerto of flavours.
- Loddon Dunsden, Oxon est. 2003 Ferryman's Gold 4.4% Raspberries and malt are to the fore in the nose. Biscuity malt in the finish.
- Mauldon's Sudbury, Suffolk est. 1982 Black Adder 5.3% A dark bitter stout. Roast and nut aromas with a fruity balance of hops and dark malt provide an excellent lingering finish.
- Mile Tree Wisbech, Cambs est. 2012 Adventurer 4.0% Golden full-flavoured beer with a ripe, generous fruitiness and a fresh light hop character from East Kent Goldings late addition hops.
- Dark Liberty 3.9% A dark ale brewed with American Liberty hops.
- Winter Sun 4.7% Aromatic amber ale brewed with Vienna malt.
- Milk Street Frome, Somerset est. 1999 Funky Monkey 4.0% Copper coloured summer ale boasting as many fruity flavours and aromas as a grocer's counter. Dry finish with developing bitterness and an undertone of citrus fruit.
- ZigZag 4.5% A dark ruby stout with characteristic roastiness and dryness with bitter chocolate and citrus fruit in the background.
- Milton Waterbeach, Cambs est. 1999 Cyclops 5.3% Deep copper-coloured ale, with a rich hoppy aroma and full body; fruit and malt notes develop in the finish.
- Dionysus 3.6% Straw coloured bitter, powerfully hoppy, with a fine citrus finish.
- Icarus 4.5% Bold, straw coloured bitter, powerful hop flavours backed by a clean malt palate. Satisfying and refreshing.
- Mammon 7.0% Hugely flavoursome, rich and warming – this dark and mysterious brew is the ideal beer for a chill winter evening.
- Marcus Aurelius 7.5% Imperial Roman Stout – an enormous, luscious and velvety stout. Bursting with dark, roasty flavour with an underlying vanilla richness.
- Medusa 4.6% Strong mild. Cocoa, vanilla and fruitcake aromas are backed by a satisfying yet subtle bitterness. Very drinkable.
- Minerva's Owl 4.6% Golden ale. First brewed in collaboration with Prof Mary Beard. Dry hopped.
- Minotaur 3.3% A rich dark mild with bags of character from the lavish use of chocolate malt.
- Tiki 3.8% Fruity golden ale, with a pronounced apricot character and a lasting bitter finish.
- Moonshine Fulbourn, Cambs est. 2004 Barton Bitter 4.0% Medium bodied copper coloured session bitter.
- Black Hole Stout 5.0% Full-bodied stout with a complex malt and caramel profile, dry-roasted bitter flavour that is rich, smooth and long lasting.
- Cambridge Pale Ale 3.8% Straw coloured beer with a smooth malt profile which is complemented by a restrained hop flavour.
- Hot Numbers Coffee Stout 5.5% Made with the cooperation of Hot Numbers Coffee of Cambridge. Dark roasted malts balance the coffee and hop flavours, lactose adds sweetness to the body.
- Ison 7.6% Mahogany coloured. A sweet fruity hop aroma precedes the taste that has a soft sweetness which is quickly overtaken by a huge hop punch of fruity and bittering hops.
- Night Watch Porter 4.5% Five types of malts and four varieties of hops along with locally produced honey are blended together to create a unique and rounded traditional Porter.
- Raspberry Porter 4.5% Night Watch Porter infused with home grown raspberries to give it a fruity little kick.
- SPBW 50th 7.2% English Strong Ale. Premium red bitter that has a rich malt depth and body that is generously hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Galaxy hops.
- Trumpington Tipple 3.6% Deep amber coloured beer, with a fragrant hoppy aroma and taste.
- Vintage Matured Limitless Abundance 10.0% The beer has a funky, wild tart cherry aroma. The taste is rich with tangy licorice, chocolate, red berries and roasted malt flavours, with a dry tart, bitter roasty finish.
- Wheat Wine Ale 10.5% Barley Wine made with wheat instead of barley.
- RCH West Hewish, Somerset est. 1982 East Street Cream 5.0% Full bodied malty ale with strong malt and hops on the nose. Fruity flavours mellow into a smooth bitter-sweet finish.
- Firebox 6.0% A reddish deep brown coloured beer which is a deceptively drinkable strong bitter with a fine combination of citrus hops and cherry fruit bittersweet flavours which gives a strong dry bitter finish.
- Old Slug Porter 4.5% Powerful aroma of roast and dark fruit which continues into the roast malt flavours. Bitter, slightly astringent finish.
- P. G. Steam 3.9% A tawny beer with apple-fruit flavours. Some malt flavours with bitterness and astringency throughout.
- Pitchfork 4.3% Fragrant citrus aromas are followed by a very bitter, hoppy taste. Finished with an astringent and bitter aftertaste.
- Steam Dragon 3.8% Golden ale. Dry bitter character stays throughout.
- Red Brewery Great Staughton, Cambs est. 2012 Staughton Bitter 4.0% Copper coloured, hoppy, late hopped with Boadicea and Progress. Light fruit.
- Winter's Solstice 8.2% A very limited edition seasonal brew.
- Rudgate Tockwith, York Battle Axe 4.2% A well-hopped bitter with slightly sweet initial taste and light bitterness. Complex fruit character gives a memorable aftertaste.
- Jorvik Blonde 3.8% Flaxen blonde ale with a balanced hoppy bitterness and a crisp, fruity finish.
- Ruby Mild 4.4% Nutty, rich ruby ale, stronger than usual for a mild.
- Viking 3.8% An initially warming and malty, full-bodied beer, with hops and fruit lingering into the aftertaste.
- Saffron Henham, Essex est. 2005 Chestnut Grove 4.8% Deep golden ale brewed with Amarillo hops and honey.
- Flying Serpent 4.5% Deep reddish brown ale brewed with Maris Otter barley, dark crystal and amber malts plus torrified wheat. First Gold hops help to create a rich velvety smooth beer with hints of roasted nuts and fruity floral aromas.
- Tiddly Vicar 5.1% Dark copper nutty beer with a light, spicy finish.
- Winter Blues 5.5% A seasonal speciality ale for winter.
- Saltaire Shipley, West Yorks est. 2006 Elderflower Blonde 4.0% An easy drinking, smooth, golden coloured ale with subtle elderflower aroma leading to a pleasant elderflower fruit taste and a long refreshing finish.
- Son of Sid Little Gransden, Cambs est. 2007 Black Cherry Bitter 6.3% Cherry notes on the nose lead to a full-bodied cherry flavour in which cherry dominate. Long, rich, slightly bitter aftertaste with cherry to the finish.
- English Ale 3.7% English Ale was first brewed to celebrate the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Maris Otter malt gives English Ale a sweetness, reminiscent of the Duchess. English hops give a bitter taste, representing the Duke's opinion of the press.
- Golden Shower 4.1% This easy drinking, slightly hoppy ale was named in honour of one of Gordon Brown's fiscal masterstrokes: selling all our gold at the bottom of the market.
- Sunny Republic Blandford, Dorset est. 2012 Beach Blonde 4.4% Straw blonde ale with tropical aroma of mango, grapefruit and lychee. Upfront bitterness yields to a light malt body.
- Huna Red 4.2% Red-hued ale with fruit and berry aromas, brewed with hibiscus flowers.
- Triple fff Four Marks, Hants est. 1997 Moondance 4.2% A golden ale, well-hopped, with an aromatic citrus hop nose, balanced by bitterness and a noticeable sweetness in the mouth. Bitterness increases in the finish as the fruit declines, leading to a bittersweet finish.
- Pressed Rat & Warthog 3.8% Ruby coloured, roast malt aroma with hints of blackcurrant and plum leads to a soft yet full roast flavour, fruit and malt vying with the rounded hoppy bittersweet finish.
- Tydd Steam Tydd St. Giles, Cambs est. 2007 Barn Ale 3.9% A golden bitter that has good biscuity malt aroma and flavour, balanced by spicy hops. Long, dry, fairly astringent finish.
- Beartown 4.5% Annual brew for Whittlesey Straw Bear festival; pale, malty best bitter.
- Iron Brew 4.2% Dark amber bitter with multilayered malt and hop flavours and sweet ripening fruit finish.
- Learning to Fly 4.0% Light in colour. Clean and dry with citrus flavours.
