Join Becky and Ben, regular volunteers at Cambridge Beer Festival. They’ll be cooking local ingredients with local beer and cider.
Episode 1
Ribeye steak with beer braised onion, roast onion puree, braised baby leeks, roast potatoes, beer and onion gravy, and wild garlic flowers
Episode 2
Pork fillet with home grown asparagus, beer braised fennel, buttery mash potato, and a cider sauce.
Episode 3
Butternut squash wellington with spinach and mushroom duxelle, sautéed spring greens, new potatoes, and cider sauce.
